SUMMER PROGRAM COST INCLUDES

Lessons according to the weekly program published online
Thematic lessons of your choice
Supply of didactic material that can be used even after class hours
Activities, connected to the lessons, carried out at various times of the day which include:
- cooking lesson
- photo contest
- musical auditions
Sports tournaments
Leisure and amusements foreseen by the Program
Excursions in neighboring areas
Spiritual trip to Rome
Full day trip to Italian cities of art according to the Program
Virtual trip during the lessons
Use of the library for consultation

• Transportation

Transfer from Airport to and from Hotel via private motor-coach for the group formed at the start
Long distance transfer via private motor-coach
Transportation within cities, via buses and trains (when required) and walking

• Accomodation

13 nights ⭐⭐⭐ or ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars Hotel in Rimini
(Supplement is € 500 for single room, and € 180 + € 180 for double room).
Breakfast, Packed lunch and dinner are included daily (water included but other beverages are not included)
Should you choose not to take a meal, there is no refund for unused meals
Please alert us to any dietary restrictions at the time of booking

Specialized English local guides for entrance to specified museums, certified by the Association of Professional Guides

CONDITIONS

The Programs on the website are sample descriptions only.
TILI will insert the final Program and details in your website area 30 days prior to departure and will inform the Group Leader and all the participants of all the Tour details:
the DAY BY DAY.
The Day by Day will provide all information pertinent to your Summer Program.
Each participant can:
- follow the trip itinerary online
- verify and make payments towards each participant’s account
TILI reserves the right to make any necessary changes pertaining to activities closures, or for reasons that jeopardize the safety of participants.
TILI may cancel a Summer Program due to insufficient participants.
Conditions for participation in a Summer Program are contingent upon:
- receipt of completed Trip registration form on TILIEDU.COM for each participant, carefully filling in all the required fields
- upload of travel documents requested, a valid passport and the Waiver Liability
  (minors must have authorized signature of parent or guardian)
- payments made on due dates, and as specified in PAYMENTS
- the participant, once the Trip has been activated and a Group code has been assigned, will complete the Trip Registration form online by entering the required personal data and signing the Terms and Conditions. Within 72 hours of registrations, the participant will receive another email in order to access to the Customer Area and complete the registrations paying the deposit.

REGISTRATIONS

Registrations are only processed upon receipt of the online registration form with respective payments.
TILI reserves the right to refuse any registration when land space are full.
New registrations are not normally accepted within 65 days of departure.
In the unusual circumstance that new registrations are accepted within 65 days of departure, full payment and additional air or land surcharges are due immediately upon registration.
Within 65 days prior and up to 29 days prior to departure date, TILI will make every effort to accommodate new bookings, providing land accommodations if available; but cannot guarantee the same price as the contract. If confirmed, full payment must be sent immediately or within 48 hours of confirmation. Reservations made within 65 days of the travel date are subject to a $100.00 late registration fee. If a registration is refused, a full refund will be made within 45 days of such refusal.

PRICES/PAYMENTS

The Tour cost is per person, and based on triple and quad occupancy. It is guaranteed for 15 days from the date of Registration on the Website, and based on the number of the participants.
When the participant completes the registration and fills in the online data, he/she accepts the TILI Terms & Conditions and will receive an email confirming the accepted conditions.
All Tour prices are shown in EURO.

- A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of € 250.00 per person is required in order to be confirmed on the Summer Program
- PAYMENT IN ONE INSTALLMENT: € 4,050.00
- PAYMENT IN 3 INSTALLMENTS:
  - € 1,350.00 is required by November 30th + additional cost for Protection Plan (price to be confirmed at the time of registration).
  - € 1,350.00 is required by February 28th
  - € 1,350.00 is required by April 30th
How to pay
- Participant: online on the website
- School: in case of a payment by the school, a bank transfer can be made
Late fees
Participants who do not meet payment deadlines (65 days from departure) will be subject to a late fee: $ 100.00 for each payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The cancellation policies outlined below take into consideration the costs TILI incurs long before groups ever depart.
Notice of cancellation from a tour will only be accepted from the participant, his or her legal guardian or the Group leader.
The date of cancellation will be determined by the date on which TILI receives written notice to the following email address:

Cancellation refunds can only be made to the person whose name appears on the account; money cannot be transferred to another account.
The refunds will be made within 50 days from the request.

TILI-Superciao Tour standard cancellation policy
- 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee*
- 89 to 66 days prior to departure: full refund minus a $450 cancellation fee*
- 65 to 30 days prior to departure: refund 50% of the Program Fee*
- 29 days or less prior to departure: no refund will be issued
Cancellation with replacement**
- 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund less the non-refundable $250 cancellation fee*
- 89/66 days prior to departure: full refund less a $ 350 substitution fee*
- 65 days or less prior to departure: replacement can no longer be accepted

* Non-refundable fees are also deducted from refunds.
** When a participant cancels the reservation but finds a person to replace him or her for the same Program.

Special travel conditions due to Covid-19
SCT will inform and support the group with all the necessary information for the procedures to be implemented according to the pandemic situation at the time of travel. Each participant must complete and sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY form.
